What we collect

When you sign in with Google, we store your display name, email address, and profile photo to identify you in community discussions. Chat messages you send are stored alongside your user ID.

When you bookmark a listing, we store the listing ID and your user ID both locally in your browser (chrome.storage.local) and on our backend (Firebase/Firestore) so we can track price changes on your behalf across devices.

The extension reads publicly visible listing data (price, mileage, description) from SGCarMart pages to display price history and change tracking.

How we use it

• Display your name and photo next to your chat messages
• Track price and listing changes for your bookmarked vehicles
• Authenticate you so only signed-in users can post messages

What we don't do

• We do not sell or share your data with third parties
• We do not track your browsing history or activity outside SGCarMart
• We do not use your data for advertising or analytics profiling

Data storage

User data and chat messages are stored in Google Cloud (Firebase/Firestore). Local preferences and bookmarks are stored in chrome.storage.local on your device.

Data deletion

You can remove your bookmarks at any time from the extension popup. To request deletion of your account and chat messages, contact us at the email below.
